Liberty Elementary School District continues to accept new student registrations for the 2020-2021 school year. Below are the guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic and will remain in effect until further notice.  

Online Registration Process
If you wish to enroll your child(ren) in one of our district schools, please follow the guidelines below:

  1. Click here to begin your online registration.
  2. Upload all necessary documents as instructed to the online registration or you may send copies of clear legible photographs to Diana Carlos (Please include your student's name in the email subject line).

If you do not have access to internet or do not have a computer, call Diana Carlos at 623-474-6681 to schedule an appointment (Please allow 24 hours for a return call).

Withdrawal Process
If you intend to withdraw your child(ren) from one of our district schools, use the checklist below to ensure your child is properly withdrawn from Liberty Elementary School District.

  • Email Diana Carlos to notify her of your intent to enroll in another school (Please provide your child’s name and the name and location of the new school).
  • Return all Liberty Elementary School District property, if this applies to your student (books, library books and technology (ex: Chromebook).  
  • Request that the new school fax a Records Request to our school district. Fax to 623-474-6627 or email to Registrar@liberty25.org  

Once your child is has been withdrawn from the District, your child will no longer have access to their district email or Google account. If you were unable to officially withdraw your child from the Liberty Elementary School District, you may still receive attendance alerts for up to 10 days once school resumes.
