Pursuant to A.R.S. 41-1352, the Liberty Elementary School District is required to maintain certain information for a period of four years after a student has withdrawn, transferred or graduated from the district, or when the information is no longer needed to provide special education services.  The Liberty Elementary School District will destroy all special education records that are older than four years as of January, 2014.  Before records are destroyed , parents and/or eligible students have the right to review the records and obtain copies of any information needed.
