One aspect that sets the Liberty Elementary District apart from surrounding districts is our proactive approach to recruiting and retaining new teachers. The Liberty Elementary School District employs a full-time New Teacher Mentor who supports and builds educator pedagogical skills during the first three years teachers are in the profession. Our goal is to grow highly qualified, motivated, reflective teachers who remain in the Liberty District family, teaching our students, for several years to come.
